Great to come with family or friends alike, but request extra keys upfront Positive: The location, and the host is amazing at solving problems and clarifying queries Negative: The concierge is not allowed to hold keys of the apartment in case the group is split in two and have to access it at different times

Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Positive: Apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed during our stay. Amazing view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony and also the pool deck. Metro station a 10min walk away. Negative: Slight issue at check in that the reception had not receive both copies of our ID, the lady was very curt and irritable even when we provided ID on the spot. There was a charge per piece of luggage if we wanted to leave it after check out time. Pool was massively crowded and almost impossible to get a lounger.
