Good though not perfect
Positive: Well equipped apartment with easy access to a private beach and mall center.
Negative: Tiny shower with very little water tuning. In summer (I was told) you can't get a cold water. In fact you have few minutes while water is cold and warm. After that it becomes too hot to feel comfortable at least to me. And you can't tune it.
